For mediators and therapists
In two days, you will learn the basic substantive California family law on community property, parenting and custody, child and spousal support and Federal tax law applicable in divorces. The format is lecture and discussion with some small group exercises. A manual with detailed information on each subject area is included.
This is an introductory course directed toward non-attorneys, although attorney-mediators new to family law will find it very helpful.
