Forgiveness provides a vehicle for achieving all of these.
This experiential one-day training will provide an overview of the role forgiveness can play in conflict resolution, coaching, and counseling. We will discuss obstacles to forgiveness in professional settings, when and how to talk to clients about forgiveness, ethical considerations and what it means to embrace a larger role as peacemakers and healers of conflict.
